Felza

LOMITA, CA

At the end of 2005 I was scheduled to have an
out-patient proceedure which would of been covered by my insurance at which time was a
monthly payment of $300, which was going to be increased in January 2006 to $500 a month.
Well the procedure was rescheduled due to complacations to February 2006, I no longer had insurance and now was faced with a $70,000 medical bill for that out-patient procedure,
