My Mom and I were at my OB/GYN Doctor in October 2004 and she gave me a prescription for birth control pills. After my Mom and I left my OB/GYN Doctor in October 2004, we went straight to the pharmacy to have my birth control pills re-filled and my Mom and I were told that I have been DENIED to have my birth control pills as of October 24th, 2004. Now, I'm on Depo-Provera Injections since November 11th, 2004 since I was DENIED.
