As a pre-requisite of being eligible for disability, had to go 90 days without any income - so, it was for Sonny and me last summer. I have so many bills now that I'll never see daylight. Am in the process of applying for SSD, as that is a stipulation as well. They tell me it will be two years before I ever see any of that money and that whatever back pay I receive, about half will go back to the insurance company. I lost my health insurance that had gone from $15 per month when I first started working at KCRC to $480 per month when I left. Jan. 1, 2008 it increased to $600 per month. My monthly benefit is $1575. I dunno, YOU do the math...that dog won't hunt. With gas prices and all...My son is going to turn 12 years old next month and I do not see how I can even begin to raise him on 60% of what I used to make when our wages stalled out pretty much the entire Bush administration. FIX THE HEALTH CARE MESS!!!! PLEASE!!!!"
