No, but my lack of story is a story in itself. I work for the Federal Government. Not in political things but as a park ranger. I have affordable health care as the government pays much of it and I can afford the remaining premium. But still I think the system is quite broken.
Many people (not me or other government employees maybe) who have health care can't find a doctor to cover them with their particular insurance. I have a friend on medicare in Olympia Washington and when his doctor retired there was and still is no other doctor to see him in the entire community.
I feel we need to revamp the entire system to socialized medicine so there is healthcare of equal quality available to all. Look at Canada, England, France...Cuba for goodness sake! Even if we make insurance available to everyone if the doctors are discriminating against the insurance what good will that do? The entire system needs to be scrapped and re-built.
This from the mouth of someone who has coverage, doesn't have a problem with their coverage but recognizes the incredible injustice of the system.
