I just want to add that it is ridiculous the amount of people uncovered. My Fiance cannot get coverage because he has an apnea test one year. Even though he did not have apnea the insurance company denied him because he had the test. I had a blood transfusion one year and I was denied life insurance because of it. I think that his whole system is so "American." We are known for ridiculous situations like our insurance. I know that we could do better even if doctors and pharmacy corporations may have to suffer. It is time for change and I am ready for. I have never been without insurance because of being fully insured. But I could never afford coverage for my three sons growing up. I prayed everyday that nothing would happen to them. By the same token, even though I had health insurance I was always afraid to use it because of the ramifications in other areas such as life insurance. I have been frustrated and guily that it is so expensive to cover your own children. I think that paying $25.00 is only fair and equitable to all Americans.
