We can win in 2009 by joining together, speaking out, standing up to the special interests, and demanding that our elected officials put the needs of their constituents first and enact real reform.

It takes people speaking out. We must raise our voices so that Congress puts our health before the Washington insiders and special interests that have killed health care reform in the past. The only way to beat their Gucci lobbyists is with our grassroots lobbying across America.

It takes money. Taking on a $2.5 trillion dollar industry means TV advertising and massive organizing. We'll need serious money to make sure our voices are heard.

It takes all of us. This is a coalition that will require all of us from activists to big organizations. We need to do as much as we can to build acoalition and engage activists across the country to work together to create this movement and win.

It takes teamwork. They're going to spend billions of dollars trying to stop us and trying to divide us. We need to fight together for quality, affordable health care we all can count on.

We have to act now and do more than ever before. As President Obama said in his joint address to Congress on February 24th: "Health care reform cannot wait, it must not wait, and it will not wait another year."
